About the role:

  • Manage inbound customer queries via phone, email, live chat and social media
  • Maintain and exceed consistent KPI’s.
  • Manage orders post-sale including supplier follow up, customer service, order fulfilment and delivery
  • Build strong supplier, customer, and stakeholder relationships
  • Develop an extensive understanding of product sourcing and pricing.
  • Flexibility with rosters is a must as we work across 7 days from 6am to 9pm AEST including Public Holidays.

You’ll need:

  • Call/Contact Centre experience is preferred but not required.
  • A passion for customer service and a friendly and helpful manner
  • Attention to detail and care for follow up
  • The ability to operate in a fast paced, growing environment
  • Time and priority management skills, ability to work to deadlines
  • Confident in the use of PCs, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and a minimum of 40 wpm typing speed.
