Suds Deluxe Car Wash is a fast-growing, family-owned company dedicated to providing an exceptional car wash experience to our customers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a friendly and dedicated individual to join our Customer Support Team on a Full-Time basis. Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 9am and 5pm CST. This role entails helping our customers manage their unlimited memberships, answering questions about our service offering, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. Excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are all requirements for this position. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact, we want to hear from you! Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred. Bilingual: English/Spanish required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. Warm and friendly attitude. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computers, including email and other communication channels. Experience with retention, sales, and/or collections Salary: $1200
