Our client is a growing international company that values professionalism, security, and a customer-first approach. They are looking for a Customer Support to join their remote team to assist in customer inquiries, manage account verifications, support fraud monitoring, and liaise with partners to ensure smooth business operations. Job Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and occasional video calls. Review and document fraud cases, escalating as needed to partners or law enforcement. Verify customer and business accounts to ensure compliance and security. Maintain and update records in CRM systems and spreadsheets. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support workflows. Perform ad hoc administrative tasks to support business operations. Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer support, virtual assistance, or administration. Strong written and spoken English communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Experience in fraud monitoring/prevention is a plus. Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), and communication platforms (Slack, Zoom, MS Teams).
