Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries and offer solutions related to products, services, and company policies. Effectively handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels. Document all interactions and feedback in our CRM for ongoing improvement and training. Work closely with different teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices to enhance support quality. Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service or support roles is highly preferred. Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is beneficial. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. A passion for helping customers and a commitment to providing excellent service.
