This role presents the perfect opportunity for dedicated individuals to enhance their customer service skills while living in a beautiful and culturally rich country. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients across various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for better service delivery. Collaborate with different departments to provide comprehensive solutions to customer needs. Stay updated on product knowledge to enhance the quality of support provided. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling inquiries. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is beneficial.
