Location: Katowice, Poland – On-site Employment: Full-time or part-time after training, flexible shifts (Monday-Sunday) Contract: Labour contract (Umowa o Pracę, UoP) Join us as a Customer Support Specialist (German-speaking) and be the first point of contact for our customers. You will provide timely and professional assistance across multiple channels, ensuring smooth booking and travel experiences. We are looking for communicative, empathetic individuals who are passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German and English. Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information or solutions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions according to company guidelines. Contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience and improve internal processes. Collaborate with team members to achieve service delivery targets. Qualifications Fluent in German (B2+/C1) and proficient in English (minimum B2). Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset. Highly organised, adaptable, and eager to learn. Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required.
