Join our dedicated team and make a difference in customer experiences! Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies promptly and professionally. Resolve customer complaints and technical issues effectively to ensure a positive experience. Document all customer interactions in our CRM system for ongoing service improvements. Work closely with internal teams to devise effective solutions to customer challenges. Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to deliver informed support. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service or support roles is highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards customer queries. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is an asset.
