YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will focus on the effective management and delivery of technology solutions, ensuring quality and risk management. You will engage in continuous process improvement and the identification of innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing solutions to complex problems and recommending policy changes.
  • Establishing procedures that affect your immediate work area and possibly the broader business function.
  • Exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE

  • A Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree)
  • Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience implementing Salesforce.com with teams of 5 or more people, and have hands on experience with configuration and customizations.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams of developers
  • Minimum of 2 years of Salesforce.com technical architecture experience on enterprise projects
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with object-oriented programming languages (Java or C# preferred), SQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Force.com platform programming in Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Force.com platform out-of-the-box functionality, including best practices regarding security and automation
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience integrating Salesforce.com with external systems
  • Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts
  • Ability to be a self-starter and handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Willingness to travel based on client needs
