We are looking for a CUSTOMER TECHNICAL SPECIALIST to perform the following activities: Respond to requests via phone, email, or chat using the appropriate tools. Resolve first-level issues walkaround and provide clear instructions. Develop ad hoc procedures for problem solving according to customer needs. Record reports in the internal system. Promptly report complex issues to the technical team. Qualifications What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies Diploma in Electronics or Aeronautics. Experience in support or customer care roles (preferred). Basic knowledge of IT tools and ticketing software. Soft skills: Problem-solving and stress management skills.
