ABOUT THE ROLE
The Customer and Technical Support Manager will play a vital, hands-on role supporting multiple departments. This individual will help lead and manage the customer service team, assist in executing marketing initiatives, and work closely with the executive team to move projects forward and fuel our next phase of growth.
