Through captivating show-and-tell methods such as engaging demos and compelling presentations, you will showcase our credibility and eminence in the industry, leaving a lasting impression on potential customers. Focus area for the role of a Customer Technology Advisor Cloud and Application Services will be to define and implement cloud migration and application modernisation strategies for our customer's application portfolios aiming at a future-proof, performing and cost-efficient IT technology stack. Your exceptional customer facing skills, combined with your articulate communication style and interpersonal finesse, will enable you to effortlessly convey the benefits of Kyndryl's capabilities, perfectly matching the unique needs of each customer. In addition to your technical expertise, you will also take the lead in coordinating the entire pre-sales process, ensuring quality and compliance verification while adhering to Kyndryl best practices. Moreover, you will actively build and nurture relationships with our external alliance partners, fostering a collaborative environment where joint solutions are co-created. Required Skills and Experience •Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree •10 years of experience (minimum) selling consulting, system integration and business transformation services for customers in multiple industries •Consultative selling experience - Strong understanding of cloud migration methodologies, tools, and best practices. Strong understanding in application architectures, relevant modernization approaches Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and secure cloud application architectures. Expertise in integration patterns and solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. Project management experience in large system integration and business transformation programs. Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google would be a plus.
