Position Description: As a Customer Technology Service Desk Representative for Tech Admin, you’ll be instrumental in providing our clients with a seamless experience with McKesson’s products and services. Your role will involve entering and addressing billing inquiries, managing user accounts, and processing requests for our state-of-the-art applications and devices.
