We work a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days work from home); this position is located in our Minneapolis Metro headquarters.
Our Custom Technology Solutions Group is seeking interest for a Customer Technology Specialist.

We’re looking for candidates with hands-on experience in both operational and project-based tech environments to help drive efficiencies and support our day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities of this position will include:

  • Complete the ongoing operational tasks for projects, including but not limited to: project processing, report generation, data verification and distribution, web testing, web site content updates, data-related activities such as data file loads and data troubleshooting.
  • Ensure the timely receipt and processing of all customer data and downstream application updates.
  • Evaluate existing processes and aid in implementing improvements that drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Complete and maintain documentation of system procedures.
  • Provide training to Customer Contact Center and Process Team on program rules and application functionality.
  • Communicate with the Customer Technology Manager (Business Analyst) and technical team on program status, issues and changes.
  • Monitor and respond to client inquiries and escalations related to projects.
  • Troubleshoot production data or site functionality issues.
  • Use SQL frequently to run ad-hoc reporting requests and research client questions and processing issues.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS or 2-year technical degree preferred; or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of software development process.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Experience with SQL and MS office tools.
  • Process oriented, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities and assignments.
    Base Salary Range: $23.00 to $25.00. The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, and skills.
