The Boeing Company is seeking a Customer Training Scheduler (Associate and Mid-Level) in Seattle, WA. The incumbent will work within Maintenance Training to handle allocating and scheduling of all global training resources in line with customer requirements as outlined by the Customer Program Managers. Focus of the position is to ensure the efficient, optimal and cost-effective utilization of the global training network

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years scheduling experience
  • Experience in a role that required outstanding customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a role that required proactivity with ability to problem solve
  • Experience in a role that required time management, communication, and organizational skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 5+ years of higher education and/or related work experience (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.) (Mid-Level)
  • AA degree in related discipline and typically 1 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working in the aerospace industry
  • Experience working with scheduling applications

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

Responsibilities
  • Schedules and performs logistics pertaining to maintenance training for multiple airplane models.
  • Manages product/process changes (impact and alternative analysis, documentation, etc.) via defined change management processes.
  • Forecasts optimal training schedules based upon strategic plans.
  • Manages rescheduling efforts.
  • Develops reports and analyses regarding training.
