Lead and be part of end-to-end consulting engagements, from diagnosing growth opportunities to implementing AI-enabled solutions that elevate customer experience. Partner closely with stakeholders to shape go-to-market models, optimise commercial performance, and drive measurable business outcomes. Work cross-functionally with strategists, technologists, and experience specialists to bring innovative, data-driven solutions to life. Translate insights and analytics into actionable recommendations that improve customer journeys and unlock sustainable value. What we’re looking for: Experience in customer, commercial, or front-office transformation—spanning strategy, design, execution, or enablement. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and simplify complex ideas. Comfort working with data, technology, or digital tools to solve customer and commercial problems (deep technical expertise not required). Adaptability and structured problem-solving skills to navigate client ambiguity and fast-moving project environments.
