Reporting to the Supply Chain Lead, Roche Products Australia is looking for a Customer Value Stream Partner. A Customer Value Stream Partner (CSVP) builds mutually beneficial relationships with Internal and External Partners and customers, to enable Roche to deliver life changing healthcare for every Australian. Possessing a deep understanding of the Healthcare Ecosystem and Roche’s End to End Value Streams to Patients, the CSVP collaborates and innovates to identify, plan, implement and deliver sustainable supply chain solutions for optimal patient care. A Customer Value Stream Partner is passionate about shaping the future healthcare landscape, building strategic partnerships with Tender Boards and Directors of pharmacy to drive value, value stream to patient design and go-to-market strategies, and driving patient and customer experiences through effective account management. Key responsibilities include: ● Understand market dynamics by partnering closely with Wholesaler accounts to understand drivers of in-market demand and inventory holdings ● Ensuring product availability through effective operational collaboration, product life cycle management and forecasting across Channel Partners ● Driving patient and customer experiences and maximising business outcomes by applying strong business acumen, gathering insights and “bringing the outside in” being the Voice of the Patient and Customers. ● Through effective Customer Account, Commercial Contracts and Tender Management, optimise the availability of Roche products to patients throughout their product lifecycles ● Partnering closely with the APAC Established Products Squad to support the delivery of established products to patients and the government on the end-to-end management of Pandemic supply. ● Working closely with Customer Logistics Partners to escalate and resolve any pain points in the supply of Roche products to customers / patients ● Stays abreast of internal and external developments, trends and other dynamics that potentially influence Roche’s pipeline, partnering opportunities and other business interests. ● Applying their knowledge of Value Stream to Patient design, CVSPs will work with DOPs, Roche PPOCS and other partners to identify and solve for specific healthcare ecosystem challenges (e.g. Infusion capacity) ● Gathers market information on reimbursements, government and policy, biosimilar impacts. ● A digital enabler, exploring opportunities with internal and external tech companies to introduce new ways of working which enable business objectives to be achieved, and which fit with future of healthcare ● Responsible for preparing and presenting strategies, new channels and business models that can lead to new business across the Roche portfolio Who You Are: Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in business, life sciences or, Supply Chain Management preferable plus a minimum experience of 5 years in a similar environment. Thorough knowledge of OH&S, GxP, Medicines Australia Code of Conduct, and other relevant standards and guidelines Sound professional experience in the pharmaceutical/ biotechnology industry at a local, regional or global level, including a deep understand of the external environment (healthcare ecosystem, regulations, Healthcare Service Providers, Value Streams to Patients) Deep understanding of E2E supply chain processes and operational requirements, an E2E mindset and ability to represent Roche Supply Chain Network Experience in negotiation and contract development and management Outcome-based, solution oriented, enterprise thinking mindset A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience). Ability to translate complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies and marketing initiatives. Forward-thinking mindset, able to navigate change and drive continuous improvement. Communicates in a concise, clear manner to support expeditious decision-making and builds strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, fostering an exchange of ideas and support among colleagues.
