Job Summary: We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a CSR, you will provide excellent customer service, assist guests during their mini golf experience, and ensure the facility is clean, safe, and enjoyable. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere while ensuring the smooth operation of the mini golf course.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with guests of all ages.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for creating a fun, interactive experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy, dynamic environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfortable working in an active, sometimes noisy environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (e.g., carrying mini golf equipment or other supplies)

Responsibilities
  • Greet and interact with guests, providing information about the mini golf course, rules, and pricing
  • Ensure guests understand how to play, offering assistance or tips if needed
  • Monitor guest activity to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the mini golf course, including picking up litter and ensuring the obstacles are in good condition
  • Set up, clean, and maintain mini golf equipment such as clubs, balls, and scorecards
  • Assist with the rotation of guests on the course, ensuring minimal wait times and efficient flow
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and operate the point-of-sale system
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a friendly and professional manner
  • Report any issues with equipment, safety hazards, or other concerns to supervisors
  • Assist in setting up and taking down promotional displays or event setups as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the front desk and common areas
  • Promote any ongoing events, memberships, or special offers to guests
  • Follow all safety procedures and facility guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
