We are looking for a talented and versatile individual to join our team as a Customization & Logistics Coordinator!
This role combines creativity, organization, and business skills to help grow our online store and deliver high-quality, personalized Islamic products worldwide.
Responsibilities: - Product Customization: Design and personalize Arabic names on prayer mats, bags, and tasbeehs using the TEKCHIC 60 Professional Wood Burning Machine
Logistics Management: Safely store inventory, coordinate shipping of orders, and ensure timely delivery to customers. -
Supplier Research: Identify and communicate with suppliers for new products and negotiate the best deals.
- Social Media Content: Create high-quality TikTok videos to showcase products and engage with our audience, leveraging social media to boost our presence.
- Product Research: Stay updated on trends to recommend and source new products for our store.
- Business Development: Build relationships with local shop owners, negotiate deals, and help expand our supplier network.
Requirements: - Must be based in Medina or Mecca. - Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Experience in Arabic calligraphy and customization.
- Strong organizational skills for handling logistics and inventory. - Ability to close deals with shop owners and suppliers. - Social media savvy, with a creative eye for engaging content.
