You are responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully completed on time and on budget. This includes project governance, budget and timeline development, build quality, testing and operational readiness, and the completed project’s readiness to go live. How you will contribute You will: Delivery of prefilled displays, assorted units, multipacks Lead / co-lead new Area / pan-European display platform developments Ensure customization program governance within the Area Lead the delivery of Co-pack Projects in the Area Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders, for the duration of all projects and facilitate a smooth handover to business as usual Identify & implement Continuous Improvement opportunities Contribute to meet areas co-pack productivity target through filled project pipeline and respective delivery; ensure program and co-pack budget governance for category Drive effective communication between all internal stakeholders including, PCM, Co-pack Operations, Category Development, Sales, Brand Marketing Work with external packaging suppliers and co-packers to deliver projects on time What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: University Degree (preferably in Business Administration) Minimum 3 years’ working experience in business (preferably FMCG area) Working background in CS&L area would be an advantage Strong project management skills within supply chain and commercial context Packaging development skills Self-driven and business oriented skills Strong problem solving, organisation and time management skills Excellent communication and influencing skills Ability to work in remote teams Learning agility and willingness to look into details MS Office fluency Excellent English and German skills Relocation Support Available?
