Assurance Offerings is a part of Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance function and is one of the initiatives that have been launched to support the transformation that companies’ finance functions and the finance profession are undergoing these years. Assurance Offerings has reached nearly 100 employees since we started five years ago, and we plan to take on even more great colleagues. Job Description

As Graduate, you will be exposed to various clients, projects, and challenges. You will get the chance to explore different service areas within Assurance Offerings and develop a toolbox that will support you throughout your career. Your work will enable you to bring a positive change for our clients and you get to work with some of Denmark’s most interesting companies. You will take part in developing leading practice and based on client needs, your skillset and preferences, the focus of your assignments will vary within our main service areas, comprising:

• Accounting and Reporting Assurance:

This team focuses on assisting companies in handling technical accounting issues, improving their integrated reporting, transaction services, IPO services and capital markets, and Corporate Governance.

• Accounting Operations Advisory:

This team focuses on assisting finance functions in improving their financial processes and internal controls over financial reporting. Furthermore, our accounting operations advisory team helps our clients take full advantage of the technological side of finance, primarily in the form of ERP-advisory and Data Analytics Services. We work with our clients to enable them to execute their vision and build capabilities by bridging the gap between IT and Finance.

• SME Finance:

This team focuses on interim assignments within the CFO area. This will help develop a broad and generic skill set, with projects that can span from project management, system implementation support, accounting, controlling and FP&A. We work with our clients to operate and improve their accounting function continuously.

• ESG Assurance and Advisory

This team focuses on helping clients to integrate sustainability criteria into their performance management, financial disclosure, and external communication. Our team specializes in developing ESG and sustainability performance indicators, designing data management processes, and providing independent assurance and audits on relevant ESG information. We help ensure organizations become more transparent and data-driven in their pursuit to become more sustainable.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the team has experience within finance, economics, accounting, auditing, or similar areas and has a desire to continuously develop their consulting and advisory skills. We see that you to have the following qualifications:

• A relevant master’s degree within finance, economics, accounting, auditing or similar
• As a person you are curious and passionate about developing your skills within finance, accounting, process optimization, technology, and similar areas
• You have experience from other work relevant employments such as finance, accounting, or consultancy
• You are ambitious and enjoy learning and challenging the status quo in a humble manner
• You have a fundamental professional curiosity that enables you to see opportunities in all tasks and are proactive in your work and approach to new tasks and clients
