EXTERNAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interaction with customs officials and authorities
• Customs inspections
• Shipment handover to ground handling agents
• Physical labeling of shipments
• Legalization of documents
• Preparation of Sharjah customs documentation for export handovers
• Collection and delivery of documents
• Documentation related to customs clearance
• Participation in Controlling Authority Inspections

INTERNAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operational coordination within the team and with other business units/suppliers
• Managing petty cash vouchers
• Archiving of cash receipts wherever required
• Reporting

  Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
