POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Licensed Bilingual Broker (Mandarin & English) to join our team at our New York headquarters. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in customs brokerage, hold an active license, and contribute to the efficiency and compliance of our global logistics operations. This role is client facing and requires communication skills to manage accounts effectively while supporting cross border e-commerce initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active customs brokerage license (required).
  • Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English. Need to communicate with clients in Mandarin
  • Experience in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or logistics strongly preferred.
  • Experience with small parcel declaration is a plus.
  • Strong compliance knowledge, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to draft and implement SOPs.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a client facing, fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and compliant customs brokerage services for air and ocean (e-commerce) shipments.
  • Handle small parcel declaration processes to support cross border e-commerce operations.
  • Draft, review, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to customs clearance and declaration processes.
  • Prepare, review, and submit all required documentation in accordance with U.S. customs regulations.
  • Serve as a client facing representatives, addressing requirements, providing compliance guidance, and supporting account needs.
  • Utilize our Global eCommerce Gateway technology to optimize clearance processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams across logistics, warehousing, and transportation to maintain smooth operational flow.
