JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes and logistics management.
  • Strong negotiation skills for dealing with freight carriers and suppliers.
  • Experience in sales management or customer relationship management is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments while ensuring accuracy in inventory records.
  • Prepare and fulfill customer orders by picking, packing, and shipping products efficiently.
  • Maintain organization of the warehouse by keeping inventory properly labeled and stored.
  • Assist in managing freight logistics and coordinating deliveries with carriers.
  • Perform data entry tasks related to inventory management using systems such as AS400.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of warehouse operations.
  • Support inside sales efforts by providing accurate product information and assisting with customer inquiries.
  • Engage in account management activities to maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Participate in regular inventory audits and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
