Job Description Ability to prepare timely, accurate entry declarations Must be able to meet/exceed our best-in-class key performance indicators daily Must be visionary and able to bring ideas to leadership to improve processes Open files as required Monitor timely entry release Monitor all PGA (FDA, etc.) files, ensure the release of all agencies Scan, and index documents into imaging system Proper handling of “Entry Documents Required Entries” Accurate & Timely billing – including sending billing to clients as required Turnover to dispatch as required, timely Customer Service – timely, clear & accurate communication both written and verbal with customers both internal and external Qualifications At least 2 years prior customs brokerage experience Experience with processing entries, all modes of transportation, with all PGAs including FDA Certification Ability to work under pressure Take ownership of all that you do Being a team player make it a positive work environment and show respect Positive attitude always “Can do” Multi-tasking, Obsessed with detail, and a sense of prioritization Additional Information Additional Information Paid Vacation, Holiday, Sick Time Health Plan: Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental and Vision Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan (US only) Employee Stock Purchase Plan Training and Personnel Development Program 26 remote/work from home days per year The position pays $20.00-$28.00 per hour.
