Are you a strategic leader with a passion for trade compliance and team development? We’re looking for a Customs Brokerage Manager to lead our customs brokerage operations, ensure regulatory excellence, and inspire a high-performing team in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular staff appraisals and one-on-one meetings in line with our company guidelines.
  • Support team members in setting clear goals and tracking development progress.
  • Oversee accurate classification for all shipments across all customers.
  • Monitor and manage duty deferment usage and thresholds.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and transition of all new business accounts.
  • Collaborate with account management and sales teams to support commercial activities.
  • Partner with the Trade Compliance Manager to lead compliance training and awareness initiatives.
  • Support internal audit processes and act as a key liaison with customs authorities.
  • Manage and optimize customs systems and reporting tools.
  • Provide strategic insights for customer reviews.
  • Champion the implementation of new system changes and process enhancements.
