Your role will be to lead our customs brokerage operations, ensure regulatory excellence, and inspire a high-performing team in a fast-paced, global environment. 🔍 Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Establish and grow relationships with companies Prepare and execute department business plans and goals. Conduct regular staff appraisals and one-on-one meetings in line with our company guidelines. Support team members in setting clear goals and tracking development progress. Collaborate with sales teams to support commercial activities. Support internal audit processes and act as a key liaison with customs authorities. Manage and optimize customs systems and reporting tools. Provide strategic insights for customer reviews Champion the implementation of new system changes and process enhancements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 3–5 years of customs brokerage experience. U.S. Customs Brokerage License (required or in progress). Strong knowledge of customs legislation, classification, valuation, and origin. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
