Job Description: Responsible for providing and maintaining effective customer service and satisfaction; provide information to resolve customer shipment related issues; interact with management and personnel to establish service criteria and meet customer requirements. Responsibilities: * Processing Customs brokerage for air and ocean shipments * Data entry and processing of various import related documentation for submission to U.S. Customs and PGA’s (participating Government Agencies) * Follow up on Customs matters and resolve problems * Answer both customer inquiries and inter-company inquiries * Handle remote filings * Classify goods in the harmonized tariff schedule (broad range of commodities) Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customs Brokerage for both air and ocean shipments * Good communication skills (verbal and written) * Ability to work in a high pressure environment * Must be detailed oriented * Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite * Knowledge of Customs Brokerage software, experience working with Cargowise is a plus * Customs Brokerage license is a plus * Must be a team player Alba Wheels Up International is an Equal Opportunity Employer
