To provide our customers, both internal and external, with an excellent service at the highest professional level that guarantees the correct declaration of goods. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Operations: VUCE 2.0 System Management Log entry in VUCE 2.0 Basic knowledge at Delimp Verification of the Notes required for each procedure Direct request to the customer in copy to the agent Prepare the permit completely with all the necessary information either by VUCE 2.0 or Expo accounting Request for payments in the Technical Notes that require it Knowledge and use of the events used in the Expeditors system for the control of the Import operation. Check and update the WF daily at least twice at the beginning of the workday and after lunch. Notify Customer Service as soon as a permit is approved Analyze and correct errors in exchange for a rejection Enforce the established times for the approval of permits Knowledge of the use of the EDOC (scanning of documents, correct labelling) the corresponding FAD is saved Any other functions required according to the current operation. Customer: Response to email opportunity (internal and external customers). Support for consultations on operational issues, times and consultations on processes. Advice to our clients. Proactively promote the use of all company regulations and policies.
