REQUIREMENTS

· Must have Bike and car license
· Minimum 2 years of experience in Customs as messenger
· Basic knowledge of MS Office
· Excellent knowledge of Dubai roads and major landmarks/buildings.
· Energetic, enthusiastic and hardworking, willing to work flexible hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

· On time collection of documents from shipping lines, handling agent’s offices and clients.
· To ensure that all inter-company document collection and handovers are complete on time.
· To complete all legalization and certification of origin from the Chamber of Commerce.
· Basic Knowledge of Customs Inspection Air and Sea freight.
· On time submission of Customs documentation, E-clearance and Guarantee submission to avoid fines/penalties.
· Entry/Exit certificate submission.
· Preparing billing advice for the customers.
· Accurate handling of cash/cheque collection from client and delivering as per commitment.
· Dispatch or hand over the original documents to customer.
· Plan and follow the most efficient routes to reach on time.
· Perform other functions that will be assigned by superior from time to time.
