Submit foreign trade procedures and requirements to government authorities in VUCEM (SAT, Sedena, SE, Prodecon, etc), maintaining permits and certifications for customs/tax (VAT/IEPS, IMMEX, etc.) and security (C-TPAT, AEO, etc.).

  • Support to prepare documentation for internal and external foreign trade audit.
  • Design, audit, and standardize processes and procedures related to the area’s activities, ensuring their timely and proper compliance. Work Regime Changes, Regularizations, etc., ensuring compliance with the corresponding regulatory obligations
  • Analyze and verify the correct administration of inventory control databases (Compliance with Annexes 24 and 30), ensuring certifications with authorities (SAT).
  • Interpret rules of origin for trade agreements, evaluate origin qualification, and issue certificates and supporting documents, ensuring a reduction or elimination of tax payments
