We are seeking a senior dynamic person, who is passionate about gaining core knowledge in supporting clients and experienced company customs personnel within this high demand industry sector.

You will have a mature outlook, to liaise with key clients and supporting partners, covering import/export compliance:

• Experience in Customs Tariff Classifications.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Work on own initiative to research Customs updates, within a team environment.
• Achieve a core understanding of Import & Export Customs declarations.
• Analyse client concerns by highlighting issues and dealing with any queries.
• Research Customs & VAT updates to satisfy client compliance requirements.
• Respond to client queries and assist in compiling client SOPs.
• Accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Excellent organisational skills.
• Operations / Administration experience gained in a logistics environment.
• Experienced with Thyme-IT, Office, Advanced Excel, Outlook & PC based Software.
• Excellent communication and English speaking skills

• Optimum use of prompts for Bing co pilot , Gemini AI: 2 years (preferred)
• Tariff Classifications: 2 years (preferred)
• Client projects: 2 years (preferred)

Language:

• Advanced Professional Business English (C2) (preferred)
