DESCRIPTION:

  1. Oversee and coordinate import and export customs clearance across China, the Asia-Pacific region, and North America, including policy standardization, process optimization, and cross-departmental collaboration.
  2. Provide business guidance and standardized management to customs compliance teams across China, APAC, North America, and local subsidiaries; handle exceptions and manage major issues
  3. Manage and improve customs clearance performance KPIs for China, APAC, and North America.
  4. Provide customs clearance support and business coordination to overseas subsidiaries and customers.
  5. Maintain relationships with customs authorities and manage customs brokers across China, APAC, and North America.

REQUIREMENTS:

(1) 1–3 years of experience in preparing customs clearance documents, including B/L, contracts, invoices, and packing lists.
(2) Familiarity with international trade regulations and import/export customs requirements, with a focus on Mexico.
(3) Solid understanding of Mexican laws and regulations, bonded zone experience, import/export customs operations, and duty exemption policies.
(4) Familiar with policies, regulations, and procedures of customs, inspection, and commerce authorities.
(5) Knowledge of basic processes and compliance standards related to import and export operations in China, APAC, and North America.
(6)Preferred in Spanish and English, with strong skills in both verbal communication and email correspondence
