Cumberland Customs is the Upper Cumberland’s go-to destination for custom Jeep, truck, and SUV modifications. From lift kits and wheels to lighting, accessories, and more, we specialize in high-quality builds and personalized customer experiences. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Manager who’s passionate about the off-road lifestyle and ready to take our customization business to the next level.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the retail and wholesale sales efforts of Cumberland Customs. This role focuses on managing customer relationships, generating new leads, overseeing project timelines, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, well-versed in automotive accessories and customization, and excels at closing sales both online and in-person.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in automotive, aftermarket parts, or custom vehicle industry.
  • Prior leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of trucks, Jeeps, and off-road accessories is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with CRM software, invoicing tools, and social media platforms.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day sales operations for custom builds, parts, and accessories.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions.
  • Create and follow up on estimates, quotes, and invoices.
  • Coordinate scheduling with the service team to ensure timely build completions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of product knowledge for brands like Rough Country, Fuel Wheels, BDS, Nitto, and more.
  • Build relationships with vendors and suppliers to stay current on inventory and pricing.
  • Lead marketing efforts in collaboration with the Cumberland Auto Center marketing team to promote custom builds, specials, and events.
  • Develop and manage social media content to showcase completed builds and attract new business.
  • Track and report monthly sales performance, margins, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Train and manage sales team members as the department grows.
  • Developing Relationships with Local Jeep Clubs and other vehicle organizations
