Description
Growing Customs Brokerage company, which is a branch of a freight forwarding company with offices in Los Angeles and Atlanta. The team manages ocean, air, and trucking operations from Asia and Europe to the United States. They are expanding their customs brokerage division and seeking a talented, detail-oriented Customs Entry Writer to join their U.S. operations team. Remote role (Atlanta or LA preferred), occasionally might need to visit the office. Requirements: - Active U.S. Customs Broker License - Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. import customs clearance - Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, HTS classification, and entry filing - Proficient in ACE / ABI systems and entry preparation software - Excellent attention to detail and communication skills - Bilingual (English and Chinese) is a strong plus Responsibilities: - Prepare and file customs entries (7501, ISF, T86, etc.) - Classify products according to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTSUS) - Communicate with CBP, clients, and internal teams in the U.S. and Asia - Review and verify import documents for accuracy and compliance - Maintain detailed records and ensure timely filings in ACE/ABI systems - Provide professional guidance on customs procedures and import regulations Compensation: $4900/month for those with 2yrs experience $6100/month for senior entry writer Apply today to join the growing & supportive team!
