Job Description Customs Foreign Trade Analyst Career is responsible to support and execute Customs and Foreign Trade activities and administrative tasks for the Automotive business, be in contact with Trade Service Providers, productive Plants and R&D plants, in order to ensure operation compliance. Customs Foreign Trade Analyst Career will participate actively in the foreign trade projects, monitoring of programs, certifications and internal audit processes. This position will be well informed on customs regulation changes affecting Continental business and will track all compliance aspects for Programs and Certifications. Coordination and follow-up of special operations projects (virtual operations, changes of regimen, regularizations). Ensure correct management – no deviations. Fixed asset management (physical, documental and A24 registers). Verify compliance with Electronic Billing (CFDI Entry and Transfer) and complement of Foreign Trade Validation of the insurance factor and communication to customs agents. Coordination with the TSP (trade service provider) for attention to operational issues virtual and special pedimentos operations. HTS Coordination with Brokers and HTS monitoring process with TSP, (virtual and special operations). Identify deviation in processes of other areas to align them with foreign trade compliance Attend audit procedures from the customs authority.. Implementation and management of countermeasures due to compliance findings. Work with internal and external business partners to document and implement business processes, policies and work instructions in foreign trade as required. Data stage registries control for Automotive legal entities (virtual and especial operations). Unload/Download SAP reports as needed. Maintain, execute and suggest regular internal audit processes defined by CFT. Management of internal software or platforms related to foreign trade. Creation and updating of manuals and procedures. Support and coordination of the TSP to follow up KPI's accordingly. Qualifications Bachelor degree in Customs and Foreign Trade / International Business or related field. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Customs and Foreign Trade. IMMEX experience / SECIIT (plus) / Annex 24 Software. Comprehensive knowledge Annex 22 and annex 19. Fixed asset management knowledge. HTS Classification Experience. Free Trade Agreements Experience (plus). Incoterms Experience. Basic knowledge in Foreign Trade Certifications / Supply Chain Programs (VAT / AEO). Basic knowledge in VUCEM. Basic experience in Logistics processes. Automotive Industry experience (Virtual Operations/CTM's). Basics in Project Management. Knowledge of MS Office tools as well as basic knowledge in SAP. Affinity for cooperation with people and intercultural competences. Strong negotiating skills, persuasion and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure, driving execution.
