POSITION SUMMARY
The Operations Manager (Licensed Customs Broker) will oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the import/export operations team, ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs regulations and company policies. This individual will hold a valid U.S. Customs Broker License and will be responsible for maintaining compliance, leading operational efficiencies, and developing staff. The role requires a balance of strategic leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on management to support the company’s logistics operations and customer service standards.
