Description
We are looking for a Customs & Logistics Executive with experience in Malaysia import/export customs clearance and trade compliance to join our client's growing team ✅ Fluent in Mandarin, with good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia ✅ 1–3 years of experience in Malaysia import & export customs clearance ✅ Manufacturing industry experience preferred ✅ Strong knowledge of SMK (Sistem Maklumat Kastam) / Dagang Net ✅ Experience with customs documentation (K1, K2, K3, K4, K8, K9) ✅ Familiar with LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse) operations ✅ Able to perform HS Code classification and duty calculations independently ✅ Knowledge of import/export permits, SST, customs compliance, and trade regulations ✅ Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics vendors ✅ Valid driving license and own transportation is an advantage Preferred Experience: ✔ LMW bonded warehouse management ✔ MIDA duty exemption applications ✔ SIRIM, CIDB permit applications ✔ Certificate of Origin (Form D, Form E) processing ✔ Visa and Employment Pass administration ✔ Government liaison with MIDA, Immigration Department (JIM), and Labour Department (MOHR)
Responsibilities
Manage Malaysia import and export customs clearance and ensure overall trade compliance. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and government bodies like MIDA and the Immigration Department.
