As a Customs Manager at RXO, you will facilitate and prepare customs entries, ensuring they are properly documented, classified and compliant with federal regulations. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO EXCEL:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Customs Brokerage license
• 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Windows applications and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project), including creating complex formulas in Excel
• Solid knowledge of customs and participating government agency regulations, and the harmonized tariff schedule
• Knowledge of accounting functions and relative information retrieval

It’d be great if you also have:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent related work or military experience
• 2 years of experience in a supervisory or specialist role
• Project management experience
• Experience handling customer escalations and root cause analysis
