Where You’ll Make a Difference Manage and maintain the customs system TrackonTrade, including error handling and master data control Reconcile inventory between TrackonTrade and SAP Monitor and handle transit arrivals and departures, Excise Movement and Control System (EMCS) arrivals and departures, and export declarations Investigate and confirm country of origin for export shipments Perform Preferential European Origin calculations and create Long Term Supplier Declarations (LTSDs) Handle day‑to‑day customs operations for the Tilburg site, including mailbox management and monitoring import and export declarations Coordinate with couriers and forwarders by providing clear delivery and customs instructions Check, monitor, and follow up on returns and customs‑related corrections Support IFF Tilburg operations by answering customs‑related questions and providing guidance What Makes You the Right Fit Licensed Customs Declarant MBO+ level education Minimum 3 years of experience working in a customs‑related role Solid knowledge of EU customs licenses and Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) requirements Good understanding of import and export processes Knowledge of Harmonized Tariff codes (HS), customs valuation, and rules of origin Ability to work accurately in a regulated environment with strong compliance requirements Comfortable collaborating with internal and external stakeholders How Would You Stand Out?
