• Open customer files, data entry, validate information, verify credit and invoice.
• Obtain additional information or documents from customers, suppliers, carriers, customs and other Axxess offices as required.
• Identify changes to profiles and advise intermediate or senior underwriter.
• Communicate regularly, answering basic questions from customers, truckers.
