Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Onsite, Full-Time)
Pay Rate: $35 – $38/hr.

• Ensure compliance with Canadian and international import/export regulations.
• Monitor and interpret changes in trade laws and assess their business impact.
• Classify imported/exported goods (HS Classification, ECCN).
• File requests for remissions, drawbacks, and advance rulings.
• Communicate with customs brokers, carriers, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Validate and maintain the FTA database with supplier documentation.
• Conduct tariff analysis and provide recommendations to the Customs Manager.
• Liaise with government departments regarding customs rulings and post-entry amendments.
• Navigate the CARM Portal and maintain the company’s PIP profile.
• Review weekly/monthly customs invoices and coordinate payments with management.
• Support training of new team members on customs processes.
• Contribute to team operations, including setting priorities, scheduling, problem-solving, and decision-making.
