Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

Our Customs team based in Tilbury are looking for an experienced Customs & Warehouse Coordinator to support with customs clearances for our Air, Ocean, and Road Freight customers.
This role will see you working 4 on / 4 off shift pattern - 06:00 AM to 06:00 PM.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into Operations Manager, you will work alongside your colleagues to ensure all customs clearances are actioned on goods entering the UK, typically coming from European Countries for a multitude of different customers. You will utilise appropriate systems to claim inventory links to add to the customs entry, ensuring a high level of attention to detail and accuracy is maintained to prevent any errors or oversights on documentation. This role will require regular communication and engagement with the customers, so you’ll need to build and maintain first-class, long-lasting relationships with them and be on hand to support at each stage of the process.
