Job Description Main tasks: Monitoring of Customs & Foreign Trade processes within the supply chain Support in operational import and export processes Creation of reports and statistics Processing of training materials and presentations Maintenance of the intranet presence Support in administrative tasks Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in International Business, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in customs, foreign trade, and supply chain management. Basic understanding of import/export processes and international trade concepts (preferred but not mandatory). Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, presentations, and data analysis. Good command of English (spoken and written); German language skills are an advantage. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently. Analytical mindset with the ability to create and interpret reports and statistics. Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a multicultural environment.
