As a Cut Fruit Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing fresh, delicious, and attractive cut fruits for our patrons. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about fruits and enjoy working in a vibrant retail environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cut a variety of fruits while ensuring adherence to quality and freshness standards. Package cut fruits for sale, ensuring they are presented in an appealing and hygienic manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization in food preparation areas in compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in managing inventory levels and communicate any shortages or quality issues to supervisors. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and recommendations regarding fruit products. Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure efficient operations during busy periods. Previous experience in food handling or retail is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail, especially in food presentation and quality. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer interaction. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
