ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Maintains cutters and changes cutter blade as needed. * Trims makeready stock for pressroom. * Trims paper stock prior to printing if necessary. * Trims printed jobs per written specification as required. * Keeps Traffic Manager informed of any problems and/or delays on jobs scheduled to trim. * Assists transportation workers in preparing orders for shipment. * Perform transportation related duties as required or requested. PERSONAL POSITION ATTRIBUTES: Must be a team participator. Must have the ability to communicate verbally and work well with others. The Cutter Operator is responsible for maintaining cutters, trimming stock for the pressroom, and ensuring jobs are trimmed according to specifications. They also communicate any issues to the Traffic Manager and assist with preparing orders for shipment.
