POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Cutting & Quality Control Associate to join our production team. This role is essential to ensuring that every Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfer we produce is accurately cut, prepared, and meets our high quality standards before application and shipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience in a production or print environment is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable working with hands-on cutting equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

• Operate and maintain cutting equipment for DTF transfers.
• Accurately trim and prepare transfers according to job specifications.
• Inspect transfers for print quality, alignment, and defects before release.
• Maintain a clean and organized cutting/production area.
• Work with the production team to meet daily order and deadline requirements.
• Report any quality issues, equipment malfunctions, or material concerns.
