Description
You will plan and design activities within customer base, analysing data and combining with customers insights to produce personalized customer strategies on Household level. You will drive production of incremental revenue & improve customer satisfaction through innovative actions. More specifically you will: Design and execute in-base CVM activities — including offer definition and campaign design to drive incremental revenue, reduce churn, and improve customer satisfaction. Perform customer analytics on large, complex, multi-dimensional datasets (using Python and/or SPSS Modeller) to deliver actionable customer insights and facilitating data-driven decision-making. Calculate & monitor key CVM KPIs, interpreting results to inform strategic actions & support decision-making. Translate customer insights into impactful commercial strategies and customer strategies identifying performance trends and opportunities by connecting customer dots Collaborate cross-functionally with digital marketing, commercial tribes, development teams, and big data teams and PEGA strategy designers to deliver results and scale automation. 2-3+ years of experience in CVM/Marketing /Finance/BI Α degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or other relevant field, or equivalent work experience Advanced analytical skills and commercial thinking Κnowledge of Python, SQL and data mining software. Experience in Statistical Packages is a plus Previous experience on marketing automation tools, esp PEGA will be considered a plus
