What you’ll do As a CVM Product Manager, you will manage targeted below the line activities including offers’ definition, campaigns’ design and execution, channels’ communication and campaigns’ evaluation, aiming to provide customers more benefits, improve NPS & drive ARPU uplift in enterprise fixed base Design proactive, below the line, targeted migration campaigns, aiming to provide more benefits, maintain customer revenue & improve customer satisfaction (NPS) Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis and continuously optimize tactics to improve effectiveness in achieving targets (CR, SR, Uplift, Revenues) Perform deep-dive analysis using analytical and statistical tools (primarily SPSS Modeller & PEGA) on very large, complex, multi-dimensional datasets Compile, maintain and deliver weekly/monthly reports and presentations Drive customer insights to meaningful actions Who you are Advanced Analytical Skills & Commercial Thinking Excellent interpersonal, networking, and stakeholders’ engagement skills Very good organizational, problem solving and time management skills Use statistical models and methods to identify most ‘appealing’ target population given appropriate actions Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Marketing Research, Computer Science, Economics or other relevant field, or equivalent work experience Not a perfect fit?
