Job Title: CVOR First Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) First Assistant to join our dynamic surgical team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting surgeons during cardiovascular procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and surgical efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vein Harvesting experience is required
- Assist the lead surgeon in various cardiovascular surgeries, including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve repair/replacement, and other related procedures.
- Prepare the operating room by ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are available and sterile before surgery.
- Assist in positioning patients and managing anaesthesia as required.
- Provide intraoperative support, including suturing, tissue manipulation, and managing hemorrhage, under the supervision of the lead surgeon.
- Collaborate with other surgical team members, including nurses and anaesthetists, to ensure a seamless surgical experience.
- Participate in post-operative care and assist in monitoring patients in the recovery area.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date
