Currently we are looking for CVRM Digital Manager who carries out CVRM digital strategy and tactics, including development of media plans and tracking of execution KPIs. Closely collaborate with CVRM marketing team and act as a digital marketing expert co-creating brand strategies. Facilitate continued digital educational of marketing and sales team. Ultimately, oversees marketing and sales team digital performances ensuring current and future portfolio growth.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with other marketers to understand CVRM brand strategy, tactical plans, campaign requirements, data needs, and operational support associated with their digital marketing efforts.
  • Lead and execute media plans; Identify and optimize digital channel mix to help grow the brands.
  • Develop model of synergistic and effective collaboration with Business Excellence functions
  • Analyse data by mapping current digital tactics to identify gaps, opportunities, and insights to optimize spend, performance & ROI.
  • Facilitate continued educational/training opportunities for internal marketing and sales stakeholders and external agency teams.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for digital marketing best practices, internal processes, and systems related to digital marketing.
  • Help brand marketers ensure adequate data capturing and reporting are in place for all digital marketing initiatives.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with external agency teams, suppliers, and vendors in support of Brand and/or Digital Operations efforts.
  • Ensure timely and compliant delivery of operational responsibilities in accordance with project milestones.
  • Work with AZ Global and Regional counterparts to ensure alignment of brand objectives.
